
McDonald’s Canada recently launched a new conversation focused campaign to engage its Canadian customers. ”Our Food, Your Questions” allows customers to ask questions through Facebook and Twitter, and receive personalized responses from the McDonald’s Canada team. McDonald’s Canada has promised to answer every question asked, and has already confronted a number of hot button issues, including factory farming, fair trade, and animal cruelty. Not only is McDonald’s Canada answering every question, they are responding to a select few with personalized videos.

Even President/CEO John Betts has gotten in on the action, responding personally to the question ”Why is the food at McDonald’s so cheap?”
The “Your Questions” website is beautifully designed, and easy to navigate. Users have the option of logging in with their Twitter and Facebook to receive notifications once interesting questions are answered. Every response has a personalized short-link, and users can easily share already answered questions with the click of a button.
